Used 1959 Austin Healey Healey

This exceptional Healey 100/6 (BN/6) was manufactured 1958, exported to South Africa and registered in 1959 where it remained and was subsequently restored. In the latter part of 2019, (as a restored car) it was imported back home and registered here in 2020. The importer and last registered UK keeper is known to us and until recently this car formed part of his collection. The Austin-Healey 100 was built by the British Motor Corporation, (BMC). The '100' name comes from Donald Healey who selected the name from the car's ability to reach 100mph. The final '100' models, 1956's 'BN4' (2+2 seats) and 1958's 'BN6' (2 seats) were six-cylinder 100-Six cars. Boasting manual gearbox with overdrive, this desirable two-seater is UK registered and has been improved by fitting a BN7 3.0 litre C Series engine.
