And that's not all: the i30 Tourer has a maximum load capacity of 1, 642 litres which beats the 1, 502-litre boot on the Focus and 1, 550-litre offering in the Astra. In fact, the load space on the i30 Tourer is best in class.Hyundai i30 Tourer safety features are many and varied. Expected to achieve a five-star EuroNCAP rating in crash testing, the new estate features active safety systems such as ESP, a stability management system, ABS, emergency brake assist, hill-start assist and emergency stop signal – which flashes the hazard lights when an emergency stop is detected. There's also six airbags as standard. The Hyundai i30 Tourer practicality is – somewhat predictably – better than the hatchback. The boot capacity is 528 litres, expanding to a theoretical maximum of 1, 642 litres when the rear seats are folded down.
