We recently purchased this excellent looking Hyundai Tucson from the main dealer in Stoke-on-Trent where it was taken in as a part exchange and road tested it over 100 miles back to our base in Weldon. The car started first time from cold, the 134 BHP engine sounded healthy and it felt responsive in all 6 gears. Both the gearbox and clutch changed up/down smoothly with no clunks or crunches. The Hyundai sat at 70mph on the motorway happily and handled well on the back roads with no knocks from the suspension over bumps. The black/blue cloth interior is in very good condition with no rips in the seats, the cabin is free from unpleasant odours and all electrics worked as they should when tested including the heated seats, dab radio, reversing sensors/camera and climate control with freezing cold air con! The Tucson would make an ideal family car as it's cheap to run, costing just £180 per year in road tax, it's in the group 22 insurance bracket and returns impressive mpg of over 54 miles combined. The vehicle was first owned by the main dealer and then changed hands to it's second private keeper who has owned it since August 2016. All six services have been carried out by Hyundai and are stamped in the book (a few invoices are also included) - these services were done at intervals of 11992, 21185, 40436, 62565, 83195 and 1*** miles. We have Mot'd the car and put it through our 47 point safety check which came back from the garage with a clean bill of health.
